New standard system shapes Imperia line
The recent Imperia projects clearly reflect the change in the way MIK Group develops high-end apartment lines. If previously each project was completed as an independent product, now Imperia is being reorganized in a systematic approach, with principles applied synchronously.
This shift is reflected in projects such as Imperia Signature Co Loa, Imperia Sky Park or Imperia Ocean City with the first project The Parkland. Here, living space is designed in a direction that closely follows actual usage needs, from exercise, relaxation to community connection.
After more than a decade, about 17,000 Imperia apartments have been launched on the market. In the near future, the company plans to develop about 200,000 more apartments in the I Series, showing a significant expansion of this segment.

In the high-rise product structure, the I Series is identified as a high-end apartment line representing a new development stage. Not just a segment, this product line is positioned as a standard system, in which four elements including planning, design, living environment and amenities are organized in a synchronous direction. Originating from the word "I" in "MIK", the I Series expresses the Inspire & Improve orientation, towards meeting real housing needs and improving the quality of life over time.
At the launch event of the three M - I - K product lines, Mr. Nguyen Dung Minh, Deputy General Director of MIK Group, said: "The market is shifting from choosing each apartment to choosing a standard of living that can be measured and maintained consistently. Therefore, in the new phase, we are developing the Imperia product line according to a continuous system of standards - All New Standard to ensure that the quality of life is maintained uniformly and consistently throughout the project portfolio".
From a development perspective, the noteworthy point is not in each individual element, but in how these components are connected into a complete structure. The planning is organized in the direction of balancing between private and public spaces. The design prioritizes practicality, taking advantage of natural light and ventilation. Green space is integrated as part of the living infrastructure. The utility system is selected in a streamlined direction, focusing on practical usage needs.
In fact, recent projects show that this approach is gradually becoming clearer. The Parkland aims for a balance between green space and amenities, while Imperia Sky Park focuses on optimizing height space, with attention to natural lighting and ventilation.

From the accumulation foundation to the consistent standard system
Imperia's platforms are not newly formed in the recent period. Previously, projects such as Imperia Garden, Imperia Sky Garden or Imperia Smart City contributed to positioning this product line in the market, with the image of a high-end apartment line with modern design, full amenities and a well-cared-for living environment. However, in the previous period, these values were mainly accumulated through each project, instead of being systematized into a common development framework.
From a market perspective, this is a noteworthy shift. When buyers no longer only look for a good product, but aim for a stable standard of living that can be maintained over time, the competitive advantage also shifts from doing each project well to the ability to maintain quality on a large scale.
In that context, the development of Imperia according to a unified system of standards can be seen as a step to improve the way of doing things. This is not a change in positioning, but a process of standardizing values that have been verified by the market, to apply consistently in subsequent projects. Imperia is therefore moving from a recognized product line to a system of standards that helps maintain a stable quality of life through projects.

Cooperation with international partners in planning and design also contributes to helping these standards to be implemented more synchronously and approach international practices.
In the coming time, MIK Group will continue to develop the Imperia product line in many key markets, including Can Gio, a region that is gradually becoming a new growth pole in the strategy of expanding Ho Chi Minh City's urban space towards the sea.
This expansion is not only a story about scale, but also a basis to verify the adaptability of the standard system in different development contexts. For Imperia, this is also the next step to continue to improve a proven product model, towards sustainability and close to the actual living needs of urban residents.
