At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Le Trong Tam - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee said that after the pilot period at the Public Administration Center, the Protocol Robot has proven effective in optimizing repetitive tasks, saving time for commune officials. He also expressed his desire to soon replicate this model to accelerate the local digital transformation process.
Previously, every day, the Commune Administrative Service Center had to receive hundreds of people to resolve procedures, leading to overload. The commissioning of the Protocol Robot is expected to support reducing workload for officials, shortening service delays, and at the same time bring a convenient and seamless experience for people.
Robots are capable of chatting directly in Vietnamese, guiding people to get order numbers and directing them to the correct application receiving counter. In addition, Robots can assist in quickly looking up procedures according to each case, consulting on application components, fees and settlement time.
In addition to the Protocol Robot, MISA also deploys the MISA OneAI System for Dong Thanh commune. This is a platform that unifies many AI models, from ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, DALL·E... to AI models developed by MISA on the same system. From there, it helps officials flexibly apply AI models to handle professional nghiep vu, saving up to 80% of costs compared to individual deployment. In particular, the system ensures data security when infrastructure is located in Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Huu Nguyen - Deputy General Director of MISA affirmed: "The launch of the Protocol Robot and MISA OneAI application in Dong Thanh commune will create a new, modern and friendly communication channel, helping people no longer feel shy when doing administrative procedures. MISA believes that this will be a model to replicate to many other localities across the country.
The event not only marks an important milestone in the digital transformation process of Dong Thanh commune, but also affirms MISA's pioneering role in applying AI in practice. This is a step in the spirit of Resolution 57 on promoting S&T, innovation and national digital transformation.
