The conference gathered more than 20 booths to display and introduce fresh labels, processed labels and many unique agricultural products of the locality. This is an important occasion to connect production and consumption, promote the Hung Yen crab brand with famous traditional products.
At the event, there was a signing ceremony for the consumption of label products between cooperatives, large gardeners and domestic enterprises, to promote sustainable output for products. Tan Hung Commune People's Committee affirmed that it will continue to accompany and support people in expanding the market and improving product quality.
Tan Hung commune currently has a total longan growing area of up to 330 hectares, of which 240 hectares have been granted production certification according to VietGAP standards. With an output of nearly ten thousand tons of fresh fruit per year, Tan Hung is one of the key areas for longan growing in Hung Yen province.
Applying standards such as VietGAP and promoting trade will help Hung Yen cage labels access a wider market, especially the export market. This not only increases the income of label growers but also contributes to protecting the brand of Vietnamese agricultural products.
The trade promotion conference is considered a strategic step to effectively exploit the potential strengths of the locality, promote economic development, improve people's lives, and contribute to preserving and promoting the value of the commune's unique traditional products.
