The Dak Lak Department of Finance said that the province's budget collection plan for 2025 is VND 16,402 billion.
In the first six months of this year, the whole province's revenue is estimated at VND 8,718 billion. Of which, Dak Lak province (old) reached VND 5,953 billion, Phu Yen (old) reached VND 2,765 billion, up 32% over the same period.
Revenue from financial measures alone (land use fees) reached nearly VND3,000 billion; the rest was taxes and fees.
The total state budget expenditure for the province in the first 6 months is estimated at about VND 22,610 billion. Of which, the old Dak Lak province is about 14,217 billion VND, the old Phu Yen province is about 8,393 billion VND.
Also in 6 months, there were nearly 3.9 million tourists coming to Dak Lak (old Dak Lak was about 1.2 million; old Phu Yen was over 2.6 million), achieving revenue of nearly 7,000 billion VND. Of which, Dak Lak province (old) was over VND1,100 billion; Phu Yen (old) was over VND5,800 billion.
Recently, Dak Lak province has approved investment policies for 19 projects, with a total capital of VND 9,689 billion (Dak Lak (old) 9 projects, Phu Yen (old) 10 projects).
There are a number of large-scale projects that create development momentum such as infrastructure investment, construction and business projects: Hoa Tam Industrial Park - Phase 1. The project is implemented by Hoa Phat Group with a total investment of more than VND 4,188 billion.
Other projects include Phu Yen High-Tech Industrial Park; Phu Xuan Industrial Park; Southeast Asia's largest Trung Nguyen Legend Coffee Factory; Eco Palace Commercial, Hotel and Residential Center Complex.
Also according to the Dak Lak Department of Finance, the locality's economic growth in the first 6 months of 2025 reached 7.14% (planned for more than 8%).
To ensure the growth target of more than 8%, in the last 6 months of the year, Dak Lak province will focus on directing the implementation of effective solutions for socio-economic development. In particular, promoting development in accordance with the new Dak Lak province after the reorganization.
On the other hand, in 2025, Dak Lak province was allocated public investment capital of VND15,000 billion. In the first six months of this year, the province has disbursed more than VND 3,707 billion, reaching 30.4% of the plan, not reaching the set target.
