Pursuant to Decision No. 87/QD-UBCK dated January 25, 2017 and Decision No. 1205/QD-UBCK dated December 27, 2017 of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has reviewed and published a list of securities that cannot be traded on a deposit in the third quarter of 2025.
This list includes stocks and fund certificates that do not meet the criteria of profit, information disclosure, listing time or control status. Some common reasons for stock codes being excluded from deposit trading include: recording after-tax losses in audited financial statements in 2024, being subject to warnings, control or restricting transactions, slow information disclosure, or the listing time is less than 6 months.
Among these, AAM and APG stocks were eliminated due to losses in audited financial statements. The group of stocks such as AAT, C47, DRH, DXV, HVX, LDG, TDH, TTE, VNE are currently under control, while ASP, SVD are under trading restrictions. Many other codes such as ABS, APH, ASP, CMX, DLG, DQC, HAS, JVC, ORS, PIT, PMG, PTL, SBV, SMC, TMT, TTF are included in the warning area.
Some other notable cases are BCG and BSR, which were removed from the list due to the company's delay in issuing audited financial statements beyond the prescribed deadline. CCC and HAG codes are not eligible due to the listing period of less than 6 months.
For public investment funds, current regulations require the value of net assets (NAV) on a fund certificate unit to not be lower than the face value for at least one month, considered consecutively in the last three months. Funds that do not meet this condition are also excluded from the deposit list.
This list recorded many investment funds being eliminated because they did not meet the above criteria, including: FUCT VGF3, FUCT VGF4, FUCT VGF5, FUCV REIT, FUEA BVND, FUEIP100, FUEKIV30, FUETCC50.
The list of securities that are not eligible for deposit trading will be updated by HOSE every quarter, based on the results of information disclosure and financial developments of enterprises and public investment funds.
According to regulations, investors will not be allowed to use credit limits (financial leverage - margin) issued by securities companies to buy stocks that are listed on securities that are not eligible for deposit trading.
