On March 9, Hung Yen Provincial Market Management Department (QLTT) said that previously, on March 8, at Lo Xa residential group, My Hao ward, Hung Yen province; Market Management Team No. 9 (mobile), Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with My Hao Ward Police, My Van Basic Agricultural Technical Station and My Hao Ward Economic Infrastructure and Urban Department to inspect a transport vehicle for a truck with license plate 89A-669. xx. The truck was driven by Mr. Vu Dinh D (born in 1997, residing in My Hao ward, Hung Yen province).
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that the car was transporting 600kg of fresh frozen pig udders. The entire shipment showed signs of color change and spoilage.
At the time of inspection, Mr. D could not present invoices and documents proving the origin as well as documents related to the above goods.
After conducting inspection, officials of My Van grassroots agricultural technical station concluded that all of the above-mentioned pig udders did not ensure veterinary hygiene and food safety, and requested destruction according to the provisions of law.
Based on the case file, Team Leader of Market Management Team No. 9 issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Mr. Vu Dinh D, and at the same time applied remedial measures forcing the destruction of all violating exhibits.
Market Management Team No. 9 coordinated with functional agencies to supervise the destruction of all violating goods. The destruction process was carried out in accordance with regulations on environmental protection, ensuring safety for people and vehicles participating.
