The 1st Congress marks the official birth of the Hai Chau Ward Business Association, which is a social and professional organization representing the business community, business households and entrepreneurs operating legally in the ward.
The Association was established under Decision No. 105/QD-UBND dated January 13, 2026 of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee, with the goal of building a united, dynamic, innovative and sustainable business community, making positive contributions to local socio-economic development.
Operating direction for the 2026 - 2031 term, with a vision to 2030 to build a diverse and dynamic local business ecosystem, closely linked between businesses - government - community.
The congress resolution identifies 10 key target groups in the term, focusing on consolidating the association organization; developing quality members; promoting digital transformation - technological innovation; strengthening trade connections; accompanying the government and promoting social security.
Hai Chau Ward Business Association is oriented to operate according to the "3 Accompanying" model: Businesses accompany businesses - strengthen connection, support, share opportunities and resources, improve capacity; businesses accompany the Government in reflecting, proposing, contributing policy opinions, improving the business environment; businesses and authorities accompany the community - effectively implement social security, education promotion, and social responsibility.
At the congress, 33 members were elected to participate in the Executive Committee of the first term (2026-2031) of Hai Chau Ward Business Association. Mr. Ngo Duc Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Thien Nhan Hospital was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the association.
