The situation of smuggling, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, and infringement of intellectual property rights is still complicated, especially through e-commerce. In the third quarter of 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management force inspected 46 cases, imposed administrative fines of more than 1.24 billion VND and transferred 9 cases with signs of crime to the investigation agency.
