These are works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025).
The Hoi An coastal protection and erosion prevention project has a total investment of more than VND980 billion (Yuro 42 million), of which the loan from the French Development Agency is VND807 billion; the non-refundable aid from the WARM fund authorized by the EU is VND46 billion, the rest from the provincial budget. The investor is the Quang Nam Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The project consists of three components: Infrastructure construction, implementation of non-professional measures and project management. The project aims to protect about 3.2 km2 of land, more than 1,300 households, as well as coastal tourism and resort facilities. Expected to be completed in 2026, the project will contribute to stabilizing people's lives and developing the local socio-economy.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province held a ceremony to attach a plaque recognizing the welcoming project for Que Son High School and the Provincial Data integration Center.
Que Son High School has a total investment of nearly 60 billion VND, built since February 2023 and has now been completed. The project includes many items such as classrooms, libraries, and headquarters, meeting the scale of 900 students according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).
Meanwhile, the Quang Nam Provincial Data integrated Center has a total investment of VND249 billion, an important communication infrastructure for digital transformation. The center provides public services to about 1 million people, businesses and 35,000 officials and civil servants in the area.
These three projects not only have the meaning of commemorating important historical events of Quang Nam but also contribute to the sustainable development of the province's infrastructure, economy and technology.
