With Aseptic technology invested in nearly 2 decades ago, Number 1 has laid the foundation for Halal certification (2016), US FDA standard (2017), and exported to more than 20 countries. Passion, for a green future

Not stopping at clean products, Number 1 also strives to reduce carbon emissions right on the line, contributing to Vietnam's Net Zero goal by 2050.

According to Mr. Vincent Mauer, the Aseptic sterile cold filling technology developed by GEA has now built a 7th generation, complying with ISO 14021, focusing on saving space, water and energy.

Each 7th generation Aseptic technology line helps reduce water consumption by up to 91%. Thanks to that, GEA customers such as Number 1 save up to 97,500 m3 of water per year, equivalent to the amount of water used for 2,100 people in a year.

"GEA focuses on minimizing the use of PET plastic, which is where we can make the biggest difference," Vincent Mauer affirmed. He said sterilization technology allows reducing greenhouse gas emissions by reducing plastic use and saving water.

He cited that in the Vietnamese market, with the application of the 7th generation of Aseptic technology, Number 1 bottles have reduced their weight by up to 50%, from 27 grams to 13.5 grams, equivalent to a 20% reduction in CO2 greenhouse gas emissions on each bottle of the product. "This allows Number 1 to achieve their sustainable development goals," said Mr. Vincent Mauer.
