U17 Vietnam won 6-0 against U17 Singapore in the opening match of the 2026 U17 Asian qualifiers.

On the evening of November 22, the U17 Vietnam team had the opening match of the 2026 U17 Asian qualifiers with a confrontation with U17 Singapore.

In the 3rd minute, the home team created a sharp attack on the right wing. Dai Nhan escaped to the penalty area and was fouled by the Singapore defender, bringing home an early penalty. On the 11m mark, Dai Nhan himself calmly deceived the opposing goalkeeper to open the score to 1-0.

The one-sided situation continued to be maintained by U17 Vietnam. In the 25th minute, Sy Bach received a long pass from the lower line, entering the prohibited area. Although the first shot was blocked by the goalkeeper, he still promptly controlled the ball and finished to double the gap.

In the 38th minute, the home team broke through the middle again. Dai Nhan made a delicate pass for Minh Thuy to fire a decisive shot to increase the score to 3-0.

At the end of the first half, U17 Vietnam almost scored another goal when Nguyen Luc boldly dribbled the ball and passed it across, but the Singapore defense promptly intervened.

In the second half, the pressure was still maintained. In the 64th minute, from a free kick combination, Nguyen Luc appeared right at the time of scoring the 4th goal for U17 Vietnam. Just 4 minutes later, Hoang Viet was fouled in the penalty area, helping the home team get a second penalty. Manh Quan made no mistake in raising the score to 5-0.

The match ended in the 89th minute with an accurate shot by Manh Quan after a chaotic situation in the penalty area, completing a 6-0 victory for U17 Vietnam against U17 Singapore.
