On January 17, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province announced that Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Service Trading Company Limited (under Tan Hoang Minh Group) has just proposed the idea of implementing Bau Sen eco-tourism resort.
Research scope of Bau Sen Eco-tourism Resort Project, in Ngu Thuy and Sen Thuy communes (Le Thuy, Quang Binh province).
The project has a total research area of 1,655 hectares, expected to be built into a high-class resort with functional zones, commercial service buildings, villas, hotels, restaurants, parks, golf courses, etc.
Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong highly appreciated the interest of investors in coming to study and implement the Eco-tourism Resort Project in the locality.
At the same time, investors are requested to receive comments from departments, branches and localities to review, supplement and adjust the project to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, localities and units to guide and support investors in surveying, researching plans, preparing proposal documents and implementing investment procedures for the Project in accordance with the provisions of law.
