Accordingly, on March 4, a male patient came to have hemorrhoids surgery. That same evening, the clinic received a report on the inappropriate behavior of nurse T.T.S. during post-operative care.
Immediately after receiving the information, the clinic coordinated with patients, families and authorities, including the police and the Hanoi Department of Health, to clarify the incident. nurse S. admitted her actions during the work with the parties involved.
For nurse S., this person was accepted into a trial by the clinic for a short time and has not been officially recruited.
According to the representative, the clinic always has the principle of doctors combining with nurses in examining and treating patients.
For nurse S. that day, she performed an outpatient procedure and supported the surgeon in the operating room with logistics. This happens when the patient has finished surgery, always with a nurse to supervise and assist in caring for the patient.
However, this male person harassed the male patient, causing the clinic to not plan ahead. This is a very unfortunate incident. After the incident, the clinic fired nurse S.
According to this person, after the above incident, the male doctor in charge of the operating room was also suspended from his practice license for 2 months, and the operating room stopped operating for 20 days for the authorities to clarify.
After the temporary suspension, the facility returned to normal operations. The doctor in charge of the operating room has not returned to work.
