Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Vo Tan Duc - Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee - requested the departments, Bien Hoa City, and investors to clearly identify this as a key project of the province, and to coordinate to construct the project on schedule and ensure the quality of the project.
When completed, the project will become a highlight of the urban landscape of Hiep Hoa, Bien Hoa City, an attractive shopping destination... At the same time, it is also an important premise for implementing the next projects.
The project is expected to be operational in 2027.
The commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward is a comprehensive commercial service center including food and beverage services, children's play area and rental of stalls, shelves, and sales space that have been fully invested; renting and sub-leasing premises, warehouses, halls, and other items. In addition, the center also exercises the right to import, export, distribute wholesale and retail goods according to regulations.
The commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward is located adjacent to Dang Van Tron street. The project will include areas for functions such as trees, parking lots, and auxiliary technical infrastructure.
3 roads around the commercial center are planned to be built with a road width of 12-24m. After construction is completed, these roads will be handed over to the State for management and use.
The project investor is Viet Phat Group, the project partner is AeonMall Vietnam Company Limited.
