At the meeting, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan expressed his pleasure at welcoming the delegation, and affirmed that after the merger, Gia Lai possesses many potentials and development advantages.
Mr. Tuan said that the province is implementing a series of key infrastructure projects, including a natural deep-water seaport of over 22m, capable of accommodating ships with a capacity of over 200,000 tons; expanding Phu Cat Airport, expected to be completed in June 2026, to meet the needs of wide-body aircraft such as Boeing 787 and Airbus A320. In addition, the Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway is expected to be put into use by the end of 2028, facilitating trade of goods.

"This seaport and airport system will be the place to receive all goods from the Central Highlands, Southern Laos and Northeast Cambodia," Mr. Tuan emphasized.
The Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee said that with 134km of coastline, the province will plan to develop specifically for industry and commercial services. The province is calling for investment in renewable energy, green energy, high-tech agriculture - areas that are in line with the strengths of CTP.
Responding, Mr. Remon Vos expressed his impression of Gia Lai's potential and development orientation. He said that CTP was established in 1998, currently a leading European Group in industrial - logistics real estate development, owning over 5 million square meters of leased area and a network of integrated industrial - commercial parks spanning 10 European countries.
With the available advantages, CTP wishes to learn more about the province's investment attraction policies, especially in industry, high-tech agriculture and renewable energy, to implement projects associated with the province's potential.
At the end of the meeting, the leaders of Gia Lai province and CTP Group agreed to continue to maintain exchanges and promote field surveys to identify specific cooperation projects in the coming time.
