On August 25, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced a list of 416 projects calling for investment in the 2025-2030 period, with many fields. Of which, the real estate, service, trade and tourism sectors account for the largest number with 228 projects.
Many projects with a scale of thousands of billions of VND are concentrated in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone such as: Project to expand to the West of Hai Giang Merry Land Tourist Area (234ha, investment capital of 10,000 billion VND); High-rise hotel area at Point No. 1 (34ha, 6,000 billion VND); Sub-area No. 1 of Nhon Hoi Eco-tourism Urban Area (57ha, 5,700 billion VND).
Tan Thanh tourist area (43ha, 4,346 billion VND); Tay Cat Tien urban area (55ha, 4,100 billion VND); Sub-area No. 3 Nhon Hoi Eco-tourism Urban Area (36ha, 3,600 billion VND); Golf Academy Resort villa area (20ha, 1,809 billion VND); South of Con Chim Eco-Park area (48ha, 1,200 billion VND)...
For the industrial and industrial infrastructure sector, the province has called for 63 projects, including many high-tech projects such as: Semiconductor, chip and semiconductor microchip factory in Becamex Industrial Park (300 billion VND); Engine factory for ships (300 billion VND); Steel core plastic door factory (500 billion VND).
In addition, the list also includes 34 wastewater collection and treatment projects; 9 seaport projects; 4 information technology projects; 7 socialization projects for education - physical education and sports; 6 health projects and 64 agricultural, forestry and fishery processing projects.
In the first 7 months of 2025, Gia Lai province attracted 123 new projects with a total registered capital of more than 57,485 billion VND. Of which, there are 9 projects of foreign investors, with registered capital of more than VND 26,990 billion and 114 projects of domestic investors, with registered capital of more than VND 30,495 billion.
