Senior leaders of the two countries agreed to promote new cooperation orientations, of which agriculture emerged as a potential pillar.
TH Clean Fresh Milk Processing Factory in Kaluga is a testament to the promise and aspiration of Labor Hero Thai Huong - Founder of TH Group, who is considered the "chief architect" of the entire project: "I will bring a glass of Vietnamese milk to the world".
The project was implemented in a challenging phase, from embargo to cavid-19 pandemic and profound geopolitical fluctuations. But with the persistence and strong determination, bringing the heroic dignity of a heroic nation - Ms. Thai Huong has led the project not only to overcome difficulties, but also achieved outstanding achievements, with science and technology, science and management to create an advanced and modern production, helping the project to achieve productivity and milk quality at the top of the Russian Federation and the world.

Advanced technology, leading scale in the Russian Federation
The clean milk processing factory is built in industrial parks in the special economic zone "Kaluga", on an area of nearly 15 hectares, about 100 km from Moscow. With a design capacity of 1,000 tons/day, of which phase 1 reaches 500 tons/day, this is one of the leading processing of Russia. The factory uses 100% raw materials from high -tech farms of TH Group located in Moscow and Kaluga provinces - the place where fresh milk is considered top quality in the Russian Federation today.
Thanks to the application of imported dairy cows from the US, combined with advanced livestock technology and modern management systems, TH cattle herd in Russia achieves an impressive average yield of 40-41 liters/head/day. Many fish produce 60-90 liters/day and especially some fish reach a record of up to 104 liters/day. Not only stopping at output, milk quality also reached an outstanding level, with a fat content of 4.0% and a density of 3.2% - among the highest in the Russian market.
Even before the factory in Kaluga went into operation, TH's raw fresh milk was purchased by major Russian milk brands such as Danone and PepsiCo at high prices, thanks to its superior standards. Currently, TH's total dairy herd in the Kaluga and Moscow regions has approached the 10,000 mark.
The product portfolio of TH Clean Fresh Milk Processing Factory in Kaluga is very diverse, including traditional products popular in the Russian market such as pasteurized, sterilized milk, Smetana, Yogurt, Kefir, Ryazhenka, butter, cheese and ice cream... The factory also produces new product lines, aiming at public health care, preventing common non-communicable diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. These products are developed based on the harmonious combination of local flavors and the unique creative spirit of the TH brand.
After completing phase 1 with a capacity of 500 tons/day, TH Group will continue to implement phase 2 to increase the total factory capacity to 1,000 tons/day by 2026. At the same time, TH will start construction of K2 farm in Kaluga, while expanding the model of dairy farming and fresh milk processing to other strategic regions such as Primorye (Foreast) and the Bashkortostan Republic.
The understanding, accompanying and facilitating from the governments of the two countries, along with the persistent will of TH people, has brought positive socio -economic impacts. The project not only contributes to restructuring the Russian agricultural sector, but also revives tens of thousands of hectares of abandoned land in Moscow and Kaluga into rich fields, creating jobs for more than 500 Russian workers. Above all, this is also a symbol of "people's diplomacy" - where the economic vision blends with the strong friendship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, crystallized in every drop of clean milk, sincere, full of sustainable value.
