From July 1 to August 7, 2025, the inspection team conducted a survey at 10 establishments producing and trading bird's nest and bird's nest products.

Test results of 6 models of boiled bird's nest showed that the product "Nha Trang bird's nest - Crop of spring bird's nest" responsibly of Nha Trang Salanganes Nest Trading Service Co., Ltd. has a Benzoic acid content of 437 mg/kg, exceeding the maximum allowable threshold (250 mg/kg).
The inspection team has drawn up a record of administrative violations, requiring enterprises to comply with legal regulations in food production and trading.

Nha Trang bird's nest Trading service Co., Ltd. operates in bird's nest business. This company is located at Lot BT.02-16 Tac River Urban Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward.
This enterprise has a processing contract with Goc Xanh Production and Trading Company Limited.
Previously, bird's nest production and trading establishments in the area had all self-declared products according to Decree 15/2018 of the Government. Including refined bird's nest and pre-tshured bowl bird's nest.
