In June 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province informed about the penalty for Goganic Company Limited (address STH37.33 Road 3B, Le Hong Phong 2 Urban Area, Phuoc Hai Ward, Nha Trang) for violating the storage of goods, which are vegetables and fruits with labels that do not have enough mandatory content on the goods label.
Previously, Goganic Company Limited self- Announced its products, including: Clean vegetable powder Goganic (01/GOGANIC-GO 2024); Celery powder (02/GOGANIC-GO 2024); Spinach powder (03/GOGANIC-GO 2024); B ordered perilla (04/GOGANIC-GO/2024); Amaranth powder (05/GOGANIC-GO/2024); Pumpkin powder (06/GOGANIC-GO/2024); Catfish lettuce powder (07/GOGANIC-GO 2024); Scalp flour (08/GOGANIC-GO 2024) and "adeshanic Nutrition Meal" (09/GOGANIC/2024).
At the time of a surprise inspection in April 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment noted that the company was keeping a number of products including: 56 packages of perilla powder (priced at VND 5,982/package), 28 packages of beetroot powder (VND 4,942/package), 28 packages of pumpkin powder (VND 4,222/package) and 140 packages of pennywort powder (VND 4,462/package).
These products do not have enough mandatory information on the goods label, specifically lacking the content of "weight" and "safe warning" according to regulations. The total value of the violating shipment was more than 1.2 million VND.
For the above violation, Goganic Company Limited was fined VND750,000 for administrative violations in the field of standards, measurements and product and goods quality.
The remedial measure is to force businesses to label in accordance with regulations before continuing to circulate products.
However, because these products are imported by the company in small quantities, used as gifts or retail, the measure of recovering goods is not applied.
The inspection team requested Goganic Company Limited to ensure compliance with the labeling before continuing to do business on the market.
Newly registered a business in less than 1 year
According to information from the authorities, Goganic Company Limited was granted a Certificate of Business Registration by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province (now the Department of Finance) in 2025. The legal representative of Goganic Company Limited is Ms. Phan Thi Khanh Ngoc.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province, Goganic Company Limited, operating in the field of prepackaged food trading, according to regulations, is not required to issue a Certificate of food safety eligibility.
The inspection team also determined that: Goganic Company Limited is currently in the process of repairing, so it is not eligible for assessment of food safety conditions at the time of inspection.
Regarding the origin of the product, Goganic signed a processing contract with Mady Food & Farm Company Limited (address, Yen Khe Ha village, Lac Lam commune, Don Duong district, Lam Dong province).
This unit has a contract to produce and supply invoices and has been granted an HACCP certificate No. GOODVN72124.HACCP.
