This annual event has been held for the 3rd consecutive year, aiming to honor partners with outstanding achievements, and at the same time share development orientations and technology solutions to help partners understand users, optimize operations and expand growth opportunities.
According to a report by Momentum Works released in January 2026, the online food delivery market in Vietnam continues to maintain a significant scale with a total value of transactions (GMV) estimated at about 2.1 billion USD in 2025. In that context, GrabFood continues to be one of the platforms with the leading market share. At the same time, a survey by Cardas Research & Consulting also noted that GrabFood is the number 1 food delivery brand in helping restaurant partners expand their customer base, support business and operation, as well as promote and generate sales for restaurant partners.

At the event, Grab implemented many initiatives focusing on attracting more users and applying technology to enhance the experience. Prominent among them is the optimal operating solution using technology with AI Assistant - a tool to support partners to improve store operations from the smallest details. Currently, more than 42% of partners on the platform are using this AI tool.
Evidence of practical effectiveness, Mr. Nguyen Thuan Toan, owner of Chop Chep brand, a GrabFood restaurant partner, shared: "Since the early days of opening the restaurant, Chop Chep has cooperated with GrabFood as an important channel to reach customers. After nearly two years of companionship, GrabFood's orders account for about 30% of the store's total revenue. Thanks to the data system, AI Assistants and reports on the GrabMerchant application, we can quickly grasp customer behavior, adjust menus and deploy effective promotions.
Besides the food delivery segment, the online shopping service GrabMart also recorded positive growth momentum in 2025 thanks to meeting the urgent shopping needs of users.
The event closed with a ceremony honoring business partners with outstanding achievements on the platform in the past year. Notably, Jollibee was honored in the category "Comprehensive Restaurant Partner of the Year", Lotte Mart in the category "Comprehensive Store Partner of the Year", and Coca-Cola Co., Ltd. in the category "Comprehensive Brand Partner of the Year".
