Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee informed more about some contents related to the process of building the Project to establish Hung Yen Free Economic Zone, and emphasized that the Free Economic Zone will be the mainstay for the rapid and sustainable development of Hung Yen province in the coming time.
The Hung Yen Free Economic Zone Project is built meticulously, carefully, scientifically, and systematically based on the support of a leading consulting company in the world. The Project has comprehensively assessed and analyzed core issues, macro issues, efficiency, sustainability, and the impact of the Project on the Vietnamese economy in general and Hung Yen province in particular. The Project has analyzed the development trends of special economic zones in the world; the necessity of implementing the free economic zone model in Vietnam and Hung Yen.
Hung Yen Free Economic Zone is positioned as a new generation growth pole, creating breakthroughs in economic growth, productivity and attracting high-quality investment. With a flexible institutional model, superior incentives and synchronous infrastructure, it will contribute to strongly improving the investment and business environment and attracting strategic domestic and international capital flows, thereby improving production capacity, export and global value chain integration.
