From 9 am on June 15, 2026, VinaPhone officially temporarily suspends the provision of outbound services (calls and SMS messages) for nearly 3 million subscribers who are required to verify information according to the provisions of Circular 08/2026/TT-BKHCN but have not completed the procedures according to regulations.
These subscribers will have their incoming calls and outgoing messages temporarily suspended, while still maintaining the ability to receive incoming calls and messages, so customers should not worry too much when the subscriber is blocked in one direction. This is the first step in the subscriber management roadmap according to the regulations of state management agencies and customers still have time to complete authentication and fully restore services.
According to the prescribed schedule, after being one-way locked, the subscriber will have an additional 60 days to verify information. If at the end of this time verification is still not completed, the subscriber will continue to be two-way locked. After 5 days from the time of two-way locking, if the customer still does not carry out verification, the network operator will terminate the provision of services to the subscriber according to regulations.
Immediately after the customer completes authentication successfully, the subscriber will be reopened to the corresponding service without waiting for the next time milestones. Therefore, customers who have just been one-way locked can completely proactively carry out authentication to quickly restore contact.

To support customers most conveniently, VinaPhone currently provides many authentication channels. Customers can perform online on the My VNPT application by logging into their account and following the instructions for verifying subscriber information. For citizens who already have a level 2 electronic identification account, verification can also be carried out through the VNeID application.
In addition, customers can go to VinaPhone or VNPT transaction points nationwide for direct support. When going for verification, customers need to bring a citizen identification card or valid personal papers to compare information according to regulations.

VinaPhone recommends that customers who have received confirmation requests but have not yet completed them should complete the procedures soon to avoid affecting the process of contacting and using the service. For any questions related to subscriber information verification, customers can contact the customer care switchboard 18001091 or the nearest VinaPhone transaction points for support.
