Destroying 2,500 packages of ambarella candy of unknown origin in Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh - The Provincial Market Management force has just discovered 2,500 packages of beeswax candy of unknown origin and origin being sold at a business household in the area.

On March 31, the Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Department (QLTT) said that Market Management Team No. 2 in coordination with Quynh Luu Commune Police inspected business household L.T. T. H (address in Quynh Luu commune) and discovered and handled a large quantity of beeswax candy of unknown origin.

At the time of inspection, the inspection team discovered that the business household was selling 2,500 packages of beeswax candy without goods labels, not showing information about origin and origin as prescribed. Notably, the business household could not present any documents, certificates of origin of goods; contracts, sales invoices; customs declarations and other documents proving legal ownership of goods... The total value of violating goods was determined to be 27.5 million VND.

Market Management Team No. 2 made a record of administrative violation and issued a decision to sanction business household L.T. T. H with a fine of 17 million VND for the act of trading goods of unknown origin. At the same time, all violating goods were forced to be destroyed in accordance with the law.
