According to the Market Management Department (QLTT) of Ninh Binh province, the inspection team of Market Management Team No. 12 in coordination with Ly Nhan Commune Police conducted an inspection of H.A Company represented by Ms. N.T.Q (address in Ly Nhan commune, Ninh Binh province).
At the time of inspection, the inspection team discovered that H.A Company was trading in many types of food, which are goods of unknown origin and expired goods, including: milk, soft drinks, instant noodles, popcorn, confectionery of all kinds. The total value of violating goods is 5,641,000 VND.
In addition, the inspection team also discovered that the establishment violated the provisions of law on conditions to ensure food safety in food preservation.
Market Management Team No. 12 issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against H.A Company with the amount of 15,000,000 VND for the following acts: violating legal regulations on conditions to ensure food safety in food preservation; trading in goods of unknown origin; trading in expired goods, and at the same time forcing the destruction of all violating goods according to regulations.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 12 will continue to strengthen market inspection and control, promptly detect, prevent, and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law, contributing to market stability and protecting consumer rights.
