Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Company Limited organizes the implementation of the work of preparing documents for marking and implementing the implementation of marking outside the field of the construction site clearance project at a scale of 1/2,000 of Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area C (the cost of marking is paid by Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Company Limited).
Assign the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks and the Department of Construction, according to their functions and tasks, to coordinate and guide Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Company Limited to organize the implementation of the project's boundary marking in accordance with the procedures and regulations of law.
It is known that the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area C was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in the Decision dated March 14, 2025.
The planning area has a total area of about 196 hectares, with two sides adjacent to provincial roads 282B and 276. The labor force is about 19,600 people, of which nearly 2,000 workers are staying in the project.
In addition to most of the land for industrial park construction, the project also arranges land to build accommodation for experts, workers, green land, parking lots, and operating services. In which, the accommodation area for experts and workers has an area of about 1 hectare, with a maximum height of 12 floors. The office area has an area of about 2 hectares, with a maximum height of 7 floors
According to the plan, the subdivision aims to develop multi-industry industrial parks; prioritize high-tech, environmentally friendly industries, associated with smart technology and supporting industries.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
In the first 9 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has attracted over 15 billion USD in converted investment capital. Of which, 162 new domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects were granted. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh is currently leading the country.
