On June 5, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Binh, Director of Thai Nguyen C Hospital, signed a decision to handle violations against Toyota Long Bien Co., Ltd. in the process of participating in the bidding package "Procurement of cars for general work of Hospital C".
According to the decision, the violating contractor is Toyota Long Bien Company Limited.
Thai Nguyen Hospital C said that Toyota Long Bien is the contractor ranked first in the package "Procurement of cars for general work of Hospital C" organized in the form of a shortened online bidding.
However, this enterprise did not properly implement the commitment in the bid when it did not confirm the acceptance of contract award within 3 working days from the date of receiving the notification on the National Bidding Network System without force majeure reasons.
According to Thai Nguyen C Hospital, the above act violates the provisions of Clause 4, Article 102 of Decree No. 214/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
With this violation, Thai Nguyen C Hospital decided to post information violating the contractor's reputation on the National Bidding Network System to implement the function lock to participate in online bidding for Toyota Long Bien.
The deadline for applying sanctions is 6 months from the date the contractor's violation information is successfully publicized on the National Bidding Network System.
The Director of Thai Nguyen C Hospital assigned the Bidding Council to be responsible for posting the decision to handle violations and documents proving violations on the National Bidding Network System in accordance with legal procedures.
The bidding council is also assigned the task of inviting the next ranked contractor to confirm acceptance of contract award according to current regulations to ensure the progress of the bidding package for purchasing cars to serve hospital operations.
