Globee Awards for Technology, formerly known as IT World Awards, is an annual award established by Network Product Guide (USA) in 2006, to honor outstanding IT products, services and solutions in the world.
At this year's Globee Awards for Technology, Viettel won the most awards with 19 awards (5 Gold awards, 7 Silver awards, 7 Bronze awards), surpassing IBM and Amazon in second place with 11 awards. This is the second consecutive year that Viettel has led this international technology playground. Vietnam has 5 enterprises on the list of awinner.
Globee Awards for Technology focuses on searching for and honoring products and solutions in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, information technology infrastructure and sustainable development.
The 5 Gold Awards honored by Viettel this year are also products that apply advanced technologies to enhance user experience such as Reputa Data Analysis Platform, BTS Digital Twin Telecommunication Infrastructure Digitalization Solution, Self-driving Robot for goods classification and Smart logistics Complex and Telecommunication network infrastructure system in Burundi.
Not only achieving a high ranking, 17 out of 19 products that won awards from Viettel are the top products in participating categories, affirming Viettel's technological capacity and global competitiveness in the fields of information technology.
According to the Organizing Committee, the scoring and ranking process of the tournament is conducted by more than 3,500 technology experts worldwide. Technology products and services are ranked according to the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels.
