Fortune World Magazine has just published the Ranking of 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia in 2025 (Fortune Southeast Asia 500), in which the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) has 3 member companies participating.
Social insurance is built on the revenue of the 2024 fiscal year and the criteria for growth rate and contribution of enterprises to the regional economy. 3 member units of Viettel Group are in the top 500 including: Viettel International Investment Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Global), Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) and Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Construction). Compared to 2024, this year Viettel has another member unit appearing in Fortune's social insurance, Viettel Global.
These companies are all key enterprises in the ecosystem of Viettel Group. In which, Viettel Global plays an important role in expanding Viettel Group's operations to foreign markets. After nearly 20 years of operation, Viettel Global has expanded its business operations in 10 countries across 3 continents, serving more than 90 million customers and taking the No. 1 position in terms of market share in 7 markets.
In 2024, Viettel Global's total consolidated revenue will reach VND35,368 billion, up 25% over 2023. This growth rate is 6 times higher than the average growth rate of the global telecommunications industry.

For Viettel Post, a company operating in the logistics and distribution sector, recorded a revenue of nearly VND21,000 billion in 2024, in which the distribution sector in particular had a growth rate of 45%, nearly 3 times higher than the average growth rate of the industry.
With the Go Global strategy, Viettel Post is actively building national and cross-border logistics infrastructure, aiming to turn Vietnam into a regional logistics hub, while expanding its business to other international markets.
With Viettel Construction, the strengths of this unit lie in the fields of construction, installation and operation of telecommunications networks, infrastructure investment, and civil construction in 10 countries. The enterprise currently holds the No. 1 position in Vietnam in the construction and operation of the domestic telecommunications infrastructure network: nearly 60,000 broadcasting stations, 320,000 km of fiber optic cables. In 2024, the company's revenue will reach VND 12,666 billion, an increase of more than 11% compared to 2023.

According to Fortune's statistics, Vietnam has 76 enterprises on the list this year, with a total revenue of more than 160 billion USD. 2025 is the second year that Fortune magazine has announced the Social Insurance Top 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia, recognizing the strong rise of Southeast Asian enterprises in the role of a new production and investment center of the world, in the context of global value chain transformation.
