The "50 Most Effective Companies in Vietnam" ranking (TOP50) was developed by Nhip Cau Tu Magazine in collaboration with Thien Viet Securities Company based on measuring the business results of companies for 3 consecutive years, based on 3 growth indicators: Revenue, profit on equity (ROE) and profit on stocks. The measurement results aim to objectively assess the management capacity of the enterprise.
TOP50 has successfully surveyed and ranked companies (2012-2025) for 14 years; Vinamilk has achieved 14 consecutive appearances in this ranking. This demonstrates the solid capacity of businesses in the face of economic fluctuations over the past two decades.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Vinamilk achieved a total consolidated revenue of VND 29,710 billion, completing 46.1% of the annual plan; with domestic and foreign net revenue reaching VND 23,624 billion and VND 6,035 billion, respectively.
As of the second quarter of 2025, Vinamilk's gross profit margin reached 42.0%, up 170 basis points (BCs) compared to the previous quarter thanks to improved sales scale. Accumulated in the first 6 months of 2025, this index reached 41.2%. Consolidated after-tax profit (AP) in the second quarter of 2025 reached VND 2,489 billion and accumulated in the first 6 months of 2025 reached VND 4,076 billion, completing 42.1% of the annual plan and earning per share reached VND 1,720 billion.
In the first 6 months of 2025, Vinamilk continues to promote research and development activities with more than 70 products (including new products and improved products). These products show remarkable progress in innovation of Vietnam's leading dairy enterprise. Continuously expanding the international market - Vinamilk is now present in 65 countries and for the first time bringing export revenue exceeding 20% of total consolidated revenue.

The common point that helps businesses to be honored in the above rankings is to maintain high growth in revenue and profit. In particular, the level of commitment of the leadership team to the core business line and the trend of sustainable development according to ESG (Environment - Society - Governance) criteria is prominent.
Sustainable development is also one of Vinamilk's four strategic spearheads in the period of 2022-2026. With the message "We change for you", Vinamilk is showing flexible adaptation to new consumer trends. Focusing on research - development, and improving products initially showed effectiveness, when some new products accounted for 10% of revenue in the same product line.
In August 2025, Vinamilk was ranked by Brand Finance as AAA+ brand, the highest in terms of brand strength, and was also assessed as Top 1 most potential milk brand globally. Vinamilk continues to be the only Vietnamese dairy enterprise to enter the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia 2025 ranking for the second consecutive year, just announced by the leading US economic magazine - Fortune - in mid-June 2025.
In 2025, Vietnam, thanks to Vinamilk's contribution, has risen to the Top 5 countries contributing to the value of the global dairy industry. Vinamilk has won the "champion" position in 2 main categories of the World Dairy Industry Innovation Award.
