On July 22, De Heus Royal Group inaugurated the Sea Fish and Cold Water Fish Feed Factory in Thanh Duc ward, Vinh Long province. This is the first factory of a business in Vietnam specializing in producing sea fish and cold water fish feed.
The factory is invested on an area of more than 29,300m2, with a designed capacity of 84,000 tons per year. Highly automated production line, applying technology from Europe and the US, meeting international standards for quality and sustainable development.

Mr. Johan van den Ban - General Director of De Heus Vietnam and Asia - said that the project is part of the company's long-term strategy to accompany the development of marine and cold-water fish farming, improve production efficiency, product quality and competitiveness of Vietnamese farmers.
Mr. Vo Van Hung - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment - assessed that De Heus's investment in the factory is in line with the orientation of developing aquaculture towards quality, added value and sustainability, while contributing to completing the input supply chain for Vietnam's marine farming industry.

Mr. Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee - said that De Heus's continued investment shows confidence in the local investment environment and development potential after the merger of three provinces Vinh Long, Ben Tre, and Tra Vinh.
According to Mr. Tran Tri Quang, the factory not only supplements the capacity to produce aquatic feed but also contributes to completing the value chain, promoting modern, green and sustainable agriculture. The province is committed to administrative reform, accompanying and creating a favorable investment environment for long-term business development.
