On December 25, according to the Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province, Market Management Team No. 4 has just inspected a food business store owned by Mr. P.V.T (address in Khanh Thien commune, Ninh Binh province).
At the time of inspection, the Inspection Team discovered that the store was operating under the form of a business household but did not register to establish a business household according to the provisions of law.
Notably, the store is trading a large quantity of foreign-made food, including: 1,890 sausages, 210 chicken feet bags and 1,012 boxes of candy of all kinds. All of the above goods do not have invoices or legal documents proving their origin according to regulations.
Based on the case file, Mr. P.V.T's explanation and related legal regulations, on December 25, the Captain of Market Management Team No. 4 issued a decision to administratively sanction Mr. P.V.T for two violations: not registering to establish a business household in cases where registration is required according to regulations and trading in smuggled goods, which are food. The total fine is 13.5 million VND.
In addition to the form of a monetary fine, the Market Management Force forced Mr. P.V.T to register to establish a business household in accordance with legal regulations; at the same time, forced the destruction of all violating exhibits to ensure the health safety of consumers.
