Previously, during patrols, the Traffic Police team discovered a car with license plate 50E-585. xx speeding on the highway.
This car was traveling at a speed of 103km/h, exceeding the regulated speed by 10km/h to 20km/h. Traffic police stopped the vehicle to handle violations at the National Highway 28 intersection, in Ham Thuan commune, Lam Dong province.
Through working, driver D. H. A (born in 1989) did not have a driver's license and vehicle registration certificate as prescribed. The Traffic Police Team made a record for the driver for the above 3 violations.
According to regulations, for the above violations, drivers will be fined 26.5 million VND, minus 4 points on the driver's license. Traffic police will seal the violating vehicle and temporarily detain it for 7 days.
Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6 also made a record against the vehicle owner for the act of allowing an unqualified person (without a driver's license) to drive a vehicle to participate in traffic and to bring a vehicle without a vehicle registration certificate to participate in traffic. According to current regulations, the vehicle owner will be fined 92 million VND.
The total amount of money that drivers and vehicle owners will be fined is 118.5 million VND.
