200 delegates attended the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the period 2025 - 2030.
On behalf of the Delegation, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front reported on the offerings to Uncle Ho.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga said that today (October 28), the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front solemnly organized the Patriotic Emulation Congress, towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
"In the sacred space of the historic Ba Dinh Square, before the opening ceremony, the Congress delegation gathered here to respectfully remember the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh - the leader of genius, the one who enlightened, guided and laid the foundation for the patriotic emulation movement of our country", Ms. Ha Thi Nga was moved.
In front of Mr. Linh Bac, Ms. Ha Thi Nga respectfully reported on the outstanding results in patriotic emulation movements that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has achieved. This is the result that the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the agency have strived to organize and implement, so that every job, every emulation movement is imbued with the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must compete"; " those who compete are the most patriotic" as the beloved Uncle Ho once taught.
According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, in the past 5 years, in the context of many fluctuations in the country and the world, especially the damage caused by natural disasters and epidemics, people's lives and jobs have been seriously affected. However, under the leadership of the Party, the coordination of the Government; central and local ministries, branches; the support of the business community, organizations and individuals, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, has focused on directing the implementation of emulation movements and campaigns with the spirit of "Innovation and creativity" of the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. The Agency has determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, making efforts to successfully carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns associated with assigned political tasks.
"We have thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" among all classes of people and the Front staff at all levels. From studying, the Front has strongly switched to following Uncle Ho with specific, practical tasks associated with the tasks of each agency, unit as well as in daily life. Up to now, 100% of full-time Front cadres at all levels have registered to study and follow Uncle Ho. His study and following of ideology, morality and style has contributed to creating a clear change in awareness and action, contributing to fostering the courage, morality and sense of responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's cadres at all levels," said Ms. Ha Thi Nga.
The widespread movement of "Solidarity, creativity, responsibility, efficiency" has become a beautiful feature of office culture, contributing to building a united, close working environment for development in the entire agency; building an increasingly civilized and modern Front agency, gradually meeting the requirements and tasks in the current context.
In addition, the digital transformation and administrative reform of the Agency has made remarkable progress, gradually creating a modern, transparent, and effective working method, improving the quality and effectiveness of the Agency's operations.
"Remembering the teaching of Uncle Ho: "Emulation fighters, emulation fighters, emulation fighters every day", we always consider patriotic emulation as motivation, responsibility, and honor of the Front cadres, carried out daily, associated with each specific task, taking the results of serving the People as a measure. Each cadre, civil servant, and public employee of the Agency always self-assess, self-revise, and practice in the style of Uncle Ho - speaking goes hand in hand with doing. Emulation for us is not only about completing tasks well, but also about practicing ethics, lifestyle, and in the spirit of serving the Fatherland and the People", said Ms. Ha Thi Nga.

According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has also actively and proactively participated in and made important contributions to major emulation movements across the country such as the movements "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses".
In particular, during the difficult years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has promptly advised and organized many mobilization programs, mobilizing over VND15,000 billion to serve the work of disease prevention, control and care for the people. Millions of gifts of Great Unity, thousands of roofs of gratitude have been built from the sharing hearts of people across the country - a vivid testament to the strength of great national unity, to the spirit of "one for all, all for one" as Uncle Ho always advised.
From the emulation movement, many new initiatives, models, and effective methods have been formed and replicated, at the same time, spreading the spirit of creative emulation, responsibility, exemplaryness, and dedication to serving the people. Over the past 5 years, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has awarded 19,616 Commemorative Medals "For the Cause of Great National Unity", 163 Emulation Flags, 11,095 Certificates of Merit; proposed that the State award 103 Medals, 235 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, 52 Emulation Flags to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Front and patriotic emulation movements in campaigns.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga believes that these achievements, although still small, are the crystallization of absolute loyalty to the Party, of the spirit of dedication, of wholeheartedly serving the people, and of deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader who has always devoted himself to the Fatherland and the people, to the cause of the revolution and the great national unity bloc.
Implementing the policy of innovation and reorganization of the apparatus, the local government model at both levels has been deployed and put into operation more and more effectively, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has also entered a new stage of development - requiring stronger innovation in thinking, methods and working methods with the highest political determination. To meet the requirements in the new period, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency will strive to strongly innovate emulation and reward work, ensuring emulation associated with political tasks, spreading a sense of responsibility and creativity in each cadre, civil servant, public employee and worker.

Before attending the ceremony to report the achievements of Uncle Ho's death, the delegation offered incense at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street (Hanoi City).
