Uses of sabudana and banana for hair

sabudana starch contains the amino acid and carotenoids, which help nourish hair follicles, reduce breakage and prevent premature graying. The natural antibacterial ingredients of sabudana also help soothe the scalp, remove dandruff and restore damaged hair. Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamins, which help moisturize, soften hair and improve shine. When bananas are combined with sabudana starch, they create a natural hair mask, helping to lock in moisture and reduce split ends effectively.

How to make and use sabudana - banana mask

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of sabudana powder

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon almond oil

- 1 tablespoon honey

How to do it:

- Soak 1 cup of sabudana in water, leave it overnight. The next morning, add the sabudana to the pot with 2 cups of water, boil until the water becomes thick, then strain the thick starch.

- Blend 1 ripe banana, then mix with 1 tablespoon almond oil, 1 tablespoon honey and the savudana starch you have just collected. Stir well until the mixture is blended and smooth.

- Apply this mixture evenly to hair, from feet to tip, combined with light massage of scalp to penetrate deeply.

- Rinse hair for about 2 hours, then rinse with a mild shampoo and warm water to keep hair soft and repair damage.
