Initiatives spring from the smallest things
In the bustling life of a working day, we had the opportunity to follow Mr. Le Quoc Viet and his colleagues. Here, we clearly feel the enthusiasm and high responsibility of everyone.
With nearly 20 years of working, Mr. Viet recounted that despite having to work outdoors regularly and being exposed to toxic environments, he and his colleagues always strive to complete their tasks. Moreover, from seemingly familiar daily tasks, Mr. Viet has arisen useful ideas and initiatives for the unit.
"During the process of working with the brothers, seeing ineffective things, if there are changes, the work will be faster and less effortless," Mr. Viet explained simply about the "roots" of initiatives. From then on, the male worker did not hesitate to propose his initiatives.
The first and most proud initiative for Mr. Viet is related to improving and innovating manual operations during the work process. This initiative has significantly reduced work implementation time and increased productivity for the unit. To date, the initiative has been effectively applied.

In addition, this worker has 3 other initiatives. All of this comes from the desire to improve work, reduce effort and increase productivity for the company. Seeing the work more effectively, the workers are less arduous, and their income has increased, I am very happy, Mr. Viet shared sincerely. For him, joy comes not only from personal rewards but also from positive changes in the work and life of colleagues.
Every time an initiative is accepted and brought to effect, Mr. Viet always receives worthy recognition from the company's leaders. These are not only compliments but also material rewards, encouraging him to continue to contribute and be creative.
In the context of increasingly developing technology, I always tell myself to constantly learn and innovate to adapt to the requirements of work and society. Although I am old and not as advantaged as a young person, that is the motivation for me to strive to rise up, the male worker expressed.

Heavy burden of livelihood, full responsibility
Returning to the small house with Mr. Viet after a day of work, all the fatigue of the male worker seemed to disappear. Instead, it was a cozy family meal prepared neatly by his wife.
Family is a place that brings laughter, dispels all hardships and gives me strength. In free time, my wife and I always encourage our children to try to study, follow the example of those who have gone before, live and work usefully for themselves and society," said Mr. Viet.

To have a stable life like now, Mr. Viet did not forget the difficult days, the peak was in 2007, when he first started working at the company: "In those days, family life was very difficult! The couple jostles in a house built with temporary wood and bamboo, which has collapsed once.
However, in the midst of his busy life, Mr. Viet always keeps in mind that he must work his best and complete the assigned tasks well. His diligence and responsibility were recognized by the unit's leaders. After 3 years of association, he was trusted to be assigned the position of group leader. This is an important step forward not only in work but also a great source of encouragement.
"In addition to fully guaranteed salary, bonus, and welfare regimes, the company also cares about the lives of workers. The collapsed house was built with the timely support of the unit and the Union, which has helped my family's life stabilize to this day," Mr. Viet emotionally recounted.
Although the conversation was short, it showed us the dedication, love for the job and creativity of worker Le Quoc Viet. Leaving Mr. Viet's house, we brought the image of a simple but extraordinary worker, a person who used his own efforts and creativity to change his life and inspire many people.
