Evaluating this female player, Deputy Director of the People's Public Security Sports Training and Competition Center (Ministry of Public Security), Lieutenant Colonel Pham Hong Tham acknowledged that Ngoc Tram is one of the fighters who received basic training from the unit's Karate team to mature and develop their expertise with the current Vietnam Karate Team.

When starting martial arts, Ngoc Tram's parents suspected that their daughter would have a hard time. All prejudices say that girls who have chosen to play sports are not easy. In particular, the daughter in martial arts is even more difficult.
"I told my father and mother that I was not in trouble because this was a passion and I could do it. After each stage, I became more mature and stoffer, so my parents understood that my choice was the right one, boxer Ngoc Tram recalled.
Now, the kata content of the Vietnam Karate Team is having certain successes in the Asian, Southeast Asian and SEA Games arenas. The young girl of the Vietnam Karate Team believes that she still has a lot to learn but never gives up her determination to strive for and achieve the best results.

I feel lucky to have been trained in a professional sports environment and karate gives me the strongest will. If I can choose Karate again, I will still choose Karate as a sport for me to pursue in my career as a professional athlete, said martial artist Nguyen Ngoc Tram.
Returning home after the 2025 Asian Karate Championship, the first thing Ngoc Tram did when she set foot in Vietnam was to call her relatives to celebrate because their support was a great motivation for her to complete all professional challenges.
