On February 24, a working delegation led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment, Delegate of the 15th National Assembly of Bac Ninh province, visited and encouraged workers returning to work after Tet at Thuan Phat Technology Packaging Joint Stock Company.
Accompanying him were Ms. Tran Thi Van - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the full-time delegation of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province; Mr. Tran Van Dang - Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation.
At the meeting, the company's Board of Directors quickly reported on the business production results in 2025 with many impressive figures. Specifically, the unit's average production output reached 5,500 tons/month, and basic targets all reached and exceeded the set plan. Currently, the company is creating stable jobs for 600 workers with an average income of 12 million VND/person/month.
In particular, the work of caring for Binh Ngo Tet 2026 has been carefully implemented by the Trade Union and the Company with a total budget of more than 355 million VND. The Company has given Tet gifts to 100% of officials and employees. Supported funding for bus tickets for 202 workers and organized 4 bus trips to take workers home and return to work safely. As of February 24, 2026, the rate of workers returning to work reached 98%, the working spirit is stable and ready to enter production.
On behalf of the working delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh acknowledged and praised the results that the company has achieved, especially ensuring full social insurance and health insurance regimes for employees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh congratulated the Board of Directors and the collective of employees and wished the company to continue to launch emulation movements and technical improvements to maintain growth momentum in 2026.
On this occasion, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh and leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation directly presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift included 500,000 VND in cash and a gift bag in kind.
Also on February 24, at Vinahan Joint Stock Company (Da Mai ward), Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to union members and workers returning to work after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
Mr. Le Duc Tho expressed his excitement about the production and business results of the enterprise in 2025. At the same time, jobs, income, and lives of workers are increasingly guaranteed. With the production atmosphere in the new year, he hoped that the Company's workers would continue to be attached to the enterprise, work enthusiastically, and build an increasingly stable and developed enterprise.
