On February 24, more than 7,800 workers at ADORA Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. (belonging to Tam Diep Industrial Park, Tam Diep ward, Ninh Binh province) returned to work after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
On the first working day of the new year, the Company's Board of Directors visited the workshops to visit, encourage and give lucky money to workers.
Many workers could not hide their joy and excitement when they were welcomed and wished a happy new year by the Company's leaders and the trade union.
Ms. Bui Thi Thao (worker at the base department) shared: "The lucky money envelopes, although not of great value, have the meaning of encouraging spirit, creating enthusiastic spirit to work and produce for a new year.
Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Tam - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of ADORA Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. said that the Company currently has 7,892 workers, on the first day of returning to work, the rate of workers returning to work reached 98%, the rest are still on leave and sick.
On the first working day of the new year, the Company's Board of Directors spent nearly 400 million VND to give lucky money of 50,000 VND to each worker. For employees, timely attention on the first working day of spring is not only a material gift, but also shows the recognition and appreciation of the business for the contributions of employees in the past year" - Ms. Tam shared.
