Attending and directing the Congress was comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor.
Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor's professional departments; leaders of the Party Committee, Board of Directors of Bac Ninh Central Health Center No. 1; representatives of the Yen Dung Ward Trade Union and 78 official delegates representing 490 union members and workers of the Center.
The past term was a special period with many changes in organization when the unit went through the process of merging, renaming and converting management models. However, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has promoted the spirit of solidarity, closely coordinated with the professional team to perform well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights of workers. Notably, in the past term, the Trade Union has done a good job of taking care of people's lives, with the total amount spent on visiting and giving gifts during holidays reaching about 1 billion VND. Cultural and sports activities such as the "Reasonable Nutritional Meal Cooking" contest, volleyball tournament, art performance... are organized enthusiastically, creating a useful spiritual playground. In particular, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with medical ethics has been promoted, with more than 26 grassroots scientific research topics accepted, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and praised the efforts of the staff and union members of Bac Ninh No. 1 Health Center in the context of challenging mergers. Emphasizing the tasks for the 2025-2030 term, the Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the new Executive Committee should focus on innovating the methods of operation towards "acting for workers". In particular, pay attention to building the image of health care staff with "Smile from the heart", civilized, kind, not negative. In addition, the Trade Union needs to coordinate with the government to promote the socialization of health care, develop new techniques to increase union members' income.
With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the congress has highly agreed with the targets to strive for in the 2025-2030 term, in which it strives for 98% of trade union groups to complete their tasks well or better; build a "Green - Clean - Beautiful" hospital model, implement 5S well and develop new techniques at the Center as well as the Health Station.
At the congress, Comrade Ngo Duc Trung - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Health Center Trade Union No. 1, term I, 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Thi Xuan Thu was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union; Comrade Hoang Van Huong held the position of Vice Chairman and Comrade Le Dinh Dong held the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
