On November 19, the Trade Union of Hong Hai Science and Technology Group (Bac Ninh province) organized a flower arrangement contest for "Humanizing artisans" and a gift giving program to support union members affected by storms and floods in 2025.
The event took place in a vibrant atmosphere, both artistic and creative, and imbued with the spirit of solidarity and sharing.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Park; Ms. Pham Thi Minh Nguyet - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Group and experts from the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union.
The "Humanized Artisans" flower arrangement contest is held to celebrate the International Day of Men on November 19. This is an opportunity for male union members of the Group, who are always strong and dynamic at work, to have the opportunity to transform into true "artists". The contest helps explore another image: both strong, soft, and creative of the "men" in the Group.
The contest has 15 teams, each team consisting of 3 male members, working together to complete the work within 45 minutes. After completing the work, the team representative has a maximum of 3 minutes to present the idea and meaning of the work to the Jury.
The competition received enthusiastic cheers from the audience, with 15 teams completing excellently, bringing impressive works and creative and inspiring presentations.
After a fair and accurate process of synthesizing and scoring, the Organizing Committee announced the awards including First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Encouragement Prize. In addition to the competition, the program also organized a draw with attractive prizes such as air fryer, electric pressure cooker, fruit press and super-fast water heater.
On this occasion, the program has spent time giving gifts to support union members and workers affected by storms and floods in 2025. The program "Supporting union members and workers whose houses were damaged by storms and floods in 2025" launched from October 8 to 15, 2025 has received enthusiastic response.
