The Trade Union of MPT Solution Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) has just organized a summary of production and business activities in 2025 and welcomed the New Year 2026 with the theme "MPT in hand - steadfastly walking" in a joyful, warm, and united atmosphere.
Attending were 1,500 officials, employees, and workers working at the company.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Company's Board of Directors and the grassroots Trade Union in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
Representatives of the company's leadership acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of the collective of workers in 2025; and affirmed that the company's leadership always considers workers as the center, and continues to accompany the Trade Union organization to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers in the coming time.
The year-end program took place soi noi with many special cultural performances performed by the workers themselves, team games to connect and lucky draw activities with many meaningful gifts, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among all officials and employees.
In particular, at the program, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation provided support to 33 union members and workers who are poor, near-poor households and in particularly difficult circumstances, showing the timely concern and care of the Trade Union organization for workers, especially during Tet and Spring.
