The Congress took place in the context of Bac Ninh province merging and expanding its scale, setting new requirements for the growth of grassroots trade unions, with the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Park, along with delegates, distinguished guests and 100 outstanding union members representing nearly 14,000 union members of the company.
The report at the congress affirmed that although the Company's Trade Union was newly established in April 2025, the Provisional Executive Committee has promoted the spirit of solidarity, creativity, proactiveness and high responsibility. From the initial 7,194 union members, Fulian Trade Union has developed to nearly 14,000 union members, reaching a rate of nearly 100% of workers participating in the organization.
The union has performed well the role of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members. Organize negotiation, signing and implementation of Collective Labor Agreements with many more beneficial provisions for employees. Regularly monitor the implementation of legal regulations related to labor contracts, wages, and working hours. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union has presented 35,904 gifts to union members with a total amount of over 7 billion VND. Visiting 523 union members who were sick, hospitalized, or affected by storms and floods with a total amount of nearly 300 million VND.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc warmly commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results and positive contributions of the Executive Committee of the Fulian Company Trade Union during the interim term. He emphasized that the Company's Trade Union has played a good role in accompanying and sharing with businesses in developing production, stabilizing jobs, and increasing income for workers. In particular, participating in developing and implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and dialogue regulations at the workplace is a clear demonstration of the role of the Trade Union organization.
The Congress listened to enthusiastic presentations, demonstrating the responsibility of the Company's union members in contributing to the common development of the organization and enterprises.
At the congress, Comrade Than Mai Lien - Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Precision Technology Component Fulian Company Limited, term I, 2025-2030 with 15 comrades, of which Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of the Industrial Safety Team to hold the position of Chairman.
With the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Precision Technology Component Fulian Company Limited, term I, 2025-2030, expressed its determination to contribute to building a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment in the enterprise, actively contributing to the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in Bac Ninh province.
