On November 16, the Trade Union of Ngai Giao Commune (Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation) announced that it had attended the 3rd Trade Union Congress of Zirtec Company Limited (Zirtec Trade Union) for the 2025-2030 term.
Reporting at the Congress, Zirtec Trade Union said that in the past time, it has maintained a regular direct dialogue; well implemented collective labor agreements and grassroots democracy regulations. If difficulties and problems arise, both the enterprise and the employee will work together to resolve them, contributing to harmonious labor relations at the enterprise.
Workers directly involved in production are 100% trained, meeting work needs; being given working conditions in a dynamic, joyful, and exciting environment... The average salary in the enterprise is about 13 million VND, workers are also supported with shift meals worth 30,000 VND/meal....
Although union activities have been well implemented in many aspects, there are still some limitations such as: not being able to organize many emulation movements and playgrounds for workers; the work of building and developing union members has not been well implemented... Zirtec Trade Union has also developed targets, solutions and tasks to overcome and implement better in the coming term.
With high consensus among the delegates attending, the Zirtec Trade Union successfully organized the 3rd Congress, term 2025-2030. In particular, the Congress trusted and elected Mr. Trinh Hoai Mien to continue re-electing Chairman of the Zirtec Trade Union in the new term.
