The Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) has just organized a conference to deploy trade union tasks for 2026.
In the program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to businesses that actively implemented the welfare program for union members and workers in 2025.
According to the assessment of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, in 2025, trade union activities in Bac Ninh continue to have positive changes in the context of arranging and streamlining the apparatus. The locality is assessed as a place to establish commune and ward trade unions early and maintain stable and effective operations.
Currently, the Provincial Labor Federation directly manages nearly 2,000 grassroots trade unions, enterprises and non-business units that do not receive 100% salary from the state budget, with more than 631.5 thousand union members. Large scale, young labor force and wide distribution create many challenges, but trade union levels have made efforts to effectively implement the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Along with economic development, many businesses have participated to clearly demonstrate social responsibility when accompanying trade union organizations in welfare programs. These activities focus on improving the material and spiritual lives of union members, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
The Trade Union Tet Market program is one of the notable activities, creating conditions for workers to access essential goods at preferential prices, reducing spending pressure during holidays and Tet.
Among the businesses that have accompanied for many years, TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. is recognized for its practical contributions. In 2025, the business coordinated with grassroots trade unions to provide a large number of household products as gifts for workers at many businesses and industrial parks. Substantive participation in trade union welfare programs has contributed to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and creating a foundation for the sustainable development of businesses.
Recognizing those contributions, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. for its achievements in implementing the cooperation agreement for the welfare program for union members and workers in 2025.
