In the afternoon of March 4, a delegation from the province led by Comrade Do Thi Viet Ha, National Assembly Deputy of the XV term, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Justice, visited and encouraged officials, union members, and workers at Vina Hanhee Co., Ltd. (Phuong Son ward, Bac Ninh province).
According to the enterprise's report, Vina Hanhee Co., Ltd. has been operating since 2013, specializing in processing garments for export, currently creating stable jobs for 171 workers, mainly local people. In 2025, the company's revenue reached more than 56.5 billion VND, profit more than 200 million VND; the average income of workers reached about 8 million VND/person/month.
Enterprises fully implement regimes and policies for employees; participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; contribute trade union funds and fulfill tax obligations according to regulations.
During the recent Lunar New Year, the company spent Tet gifts worth 3.7 million VND/person; bonuses according to the regional minimum wage in 2026; and organized a Spring Gala with many cultural and artistic activities, year-end parties, and lucky draws, with a total budget of about 60 million VND, contributing to creating a joyful and united atmosphere in the business.
At the working session, Mr. Kim Jong Bok - Director of the company, expressed his appreciation for the concern of provincial leaders, levels, sectors and Trade Union organizations; and said that in 2025, the enterprise will be heavily affected by natural disasters, and is currently focusing on overcoming the consequences and gradually stabilizing production. The enterprise wishes to continue to receive the companionship and support of the locality to soon recover and develop sustainably.
Here, Comrade Do Thi Viet Ha acknowledged and praised the proactive spirit and efforts of the collective leadership and employees of the company in overcoming difficulties and maintaining jobs and income for employees. Comrade emphasized that the Party Committee and local authorities will continue to accompany and create favorable conditions within the legal framework for businesses to develop stably; promptly grasp and remove difficulties and obstacles under their authority; and at the same time coordinate and propose to competent authorities to consider and resolve legitimate proposals of businesses.
The comrade requested businesses to continue to pay attention to caring for the material and spiritual life of workers; build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; promote the role of trade union organizations in enterprises, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals of the locality in 2026.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented congratulatory gifts to the company's leaders and 20 gifts (each gift worth 500,000 VND and gifts in kind) to encourage officials and workers to enthusiastically emulate in labor production, determined to complete the 2026 plan.
