On March 3, a delegation from Bac Ninh province led by Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and encouraged Thai Son Global Garment Joint Stock Company and employees to return to production activities after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
Also attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders and specialists of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Trade Union of the Provincial Industrial Park; representatives of Hoang Van commune leaders.
At the working session, company leaders quickly reported on the production and business situation and the work of taking care of workers' lives during the Lunar New Year.
Immediately after the Tet holiday, the rate of workers returning to work reached a high level with more than 500 workers, production lines quickly stabilized, ensuring the progress of first-year orders. The enterprise continues to maintain stable jobs and income for workers, while focusing on improving working conditions and a safe production environment.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh acknowledged and praised the proactiveness of businesses in stabilizing production and caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers. The comrade emphasized that in the context of many difficulties, it is important for businesses to maintain orders and ensure jobs right from the first days of the year, contributing to the implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals.
The comrade also requested businesses to continue to pay attention to improving the quality of human resources, improving working conditions, strengthening dialogue, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; and at the same time closely coordinate with trade union organizations to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 100 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND in cash and in-kind gifts. These practical and meaningful gifts are timely encouragement, adding faith and motivation for workers to feel secure in their commitment and strive to compete in labor and production right from the first days of the new year.
The working delegation also presented congratulatory gifts to businesses, showing the province's concern and companionship with the business community in the area.
