Participating in the delegation were comrade Nguy Van Tuyen - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; representatives of leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, Yen Dung Ward Party Committee.
During the program, the delegation visited and presented gifts at Capella Infrastructure Company (the management unit of Yen Lu Industrial Park) and 3 businesses including: S.Y Mold Vina Co., Ltd.; Yonz Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (Vietnam); Econy Vina Co., Ltd.
Currently, these businesses create jobs for about 1,000 workers. Although there are still many difficulties, in the past time, businesses have basically maintained stable operations, ensuring jobs for workers; fully implementing regimes on salaries, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; paying attention to improving working conditions, meals and spiritual life for workers.
Currently, the average income of employees at enterprises reaches 13-15 million VND/person/month.
At the places he visited, Comrade Nguy Van Tuyen presented gifts to encourage and acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of businesses in accompanying the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

The comrade emphasized that building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises not only contributes to improving productivity and product quality but also creates a foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises and industrial parks.
The comrade requested that in the coming time, Party committees and local authorities promote propaganda and dissemination of labor laws; trade unions improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements; organize patriotic emulation movements among workers associated with the production and business tasks of enterprises.
