The 2025 Victory Cup award ceremony will take place in Hanoi. This is an event likened to the "Vietnam Sports Oscar" organized by VTVcab, Vietcontent Company in coordination with the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

The 2025 Victory Cup continues to maintain 11 voting categories, comprehensively reflecting the fields of Vietnamese sports including: Male Athlete of the Year; Female Athlete of the Year; Young Athlete of the Year; Coach of the Year; Team of the Year; Team of the Year; Most loved athlete; Outstanding Disabled Athlete of the Year; Impressive Sports Image and Moment of the Year; Lifetime Achievement Award; Outstanding Foreign Expert of the Year.

With 11 categories, the award can meet the goal of recognizing and honoring in the most comprehensive way, starting with the ASEAN Cup championship of the men's football team, followed by a series of bright international achievements such as 2 Asian gold medals of swimmer Nguyen Huy Hoang and ending with a SEA Games 33 that was carefully prepared and promised to explode.
