Attending the Final night were Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of the Group's Board of Directors and Chairmen of the Trade Unions of member companies. Attending and cheering for the contestants were thousands of union members and workers from companies in Foxconn Group.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Thach Van Chung assessed the Miss Foxconn 2025 contest as a vivid proof, affirming that the female union member of Foxconn workers is not only good at work, creative at work but also charming, talented and confident in shining in all fields. This is a practical activity to successfully celebrate the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The General Director of Trang Tu Ung Group expressed his pride in the female workforce, considering them a "valuable asset" and a driving force for sustainable development of Foxconn in Vietnam. He affirmed that the group always focuses on creating conditions for female employees to develop comprehensively, both in terms of expertise and spiritual life.
The competition night witnessed the competition of 9 contestants through three main rounds: Ao Dai performance; evening gown performance and talent competition.
At the end of the competitions, the Jury fairly selected the top 5 best candidates to enter the Behaviour round. Each contestant has 20 seconds to think and 60 seconds to present a direct answer from the judge they draw.
While waiting for the results, the program organized the lucky draw with valuable gifts for the audience, with 50 Encouragement prizes as helmets and 20 Third prizes as pink kitchen, along with Second prizes (unopsold fryer) and First prize (electric motorbike).
At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee awarded the title of Miss Foxconn 2025 to contestant Tran Phuong Linh SBD 02- Fiji CNSBG Unit; the Second Prize went to contestant Do Thi Ngoc Anh SBD 09- human resources trading unit; the third prize went to contestant Nguyen Thi Linh SBD 01 - FIH Unit.
In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 consolation prizes; The Ao Dai Beauty, Night Beauty and Talent Beauty awards were given to the contestants with the best performances.
On this occasion, Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company sponsored each employee attending the program with a snack including cakes and a bottle of water, with a total sponsorship cost of 15 million VND. Tapuho Vietnam Co., Ltd. sponsored each contestant who won first, second, third prizes, each prize worth 1 million VND in cash; 6 contestants won an incentive prize of 500,000 VND each and 3 contestants won a talent prize of 500,000 VND each.
Tapuho Vietnam Co., Ltd. also sponsored a livestream program to draw prizes on the group union fanpage worth 75 million VND. The total cost of the prize sponsorship is 82.5 million VND.
The Miss Foxconn 2025 Final Night was a great success, affirming the deep concern of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Group's Board of Directors for the cultural and spiritual life of staff, especially female workers.
