The relief will be implemented immediately from today (October 1) to promptly share difficulties and support people in localities to quickly stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
Vingroup will provide emergency support to all provinces, cities and communes directly affected by storm Bualoi, focusing on three main groups of beneficiaries: families with people killed by the storm; families whose houses were completely collapsed and families of meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs, and households in especially difficult circumstances whose houses had their roofs blown off by the storm.
Specific support levels are as follows:
Households with dead or missing people: the support amount is 100 million VND/dead or missing person.
Families whose houses were completely collapsed: the support amount was 60 million VND/household.
Households with meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs and households in special difficulties whose houses have had their roofs blown off: the support amount is 20 million VND/household.
The total minimum support budget is 500 billion VND and Vingroup is committed to increasing the budget if the actual damage level exceeds the estimate.
On October 1, Vingroup, through Thien Tam Fund, coordinated with local authorities to deploy emergency relief. The quick response teams will go directly to the scene to review and pay according to the confirmation list, ensuring timely support, the right subjects and transparency.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang - Vice Chairman and General Director of Vingroup Corporation - shared: "With the spirit that no Vingroup member stands outside the loss and pain of our compatriots, we have decided to deploy a support package today with the motto timely - right target - practical. We call on the business community and people to join hands to support people to overcome this difficult time".

Over the years, Vingroup has always accompanied people across the country in volunteer activities and emergency support when natural disasters and epidemics occur, such as responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and flood relief (in 2024, Typhoon Yagi alone was 250 billion VND), providing free medical examination and treatment or supporting livelihoods for the poor... with a total budget of over 30,000 billion VND.
The implementation of emergency relief for storm Bualoi worth 500 billion VND continues to affirm Vingroup's persistent commitment to the mission "For a better life for everyone". Each act of sharing not only helps people overcome immediate difficulties, but also spreads the spirit of national solidarity, affirms the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises and fosters the strength to jointly build a resilient and humane Vietnam.
